From the North:

• Exit the 405 at Rosecrans Avenue (West) and
• Turn right onto Rosecrans.
• Head West on Rosecrans for 1.2 miles and,
• Turn Left (South) on Sepulveda Blvd.
• Head South on Sepulveda (it changes name to Pacific Coast Highway) for 5.7 miles and...
• Bear right on South Elena Avenue just before PCH makes a bend to he left (there is a light at this intersection).
• At the second stop sign, you should see our building (the red square on the map) at the far end of a tirangular parking lot (in blue on the Map).
• Continue a half block further on S. Elena, and turn into the parking lot (meters) and find a spot, or see if there is any parking (free) to the right of the building.
• Bring a few quarters. Redondo Beach likes to ticket...

From the South:

• Exit the 405 at Crenshaw Avenue.
• To get to Crenshaw (South), you will need to be in the left exit lane.
• Turn Left from the freeway exit onto 182nd Street and go the half block to the intersection with Crenshaw,
• Turn Left onto Crenshaw (South).
• Head South on Crenshaw for a 1.9 miles and,
• Turn Right (West) on Torrance Blvd.
• Head West on Torrance Blvd. for 3.4 miles
• Turn Left (South) on Pacific Coast Highway.
• Head South on Pacific Coast highway for 1.3 miles, and,
• Bear right on South Elena Avenue just before PCH makes a bend to the left (there is a light at this intersection)

The Building

This is what the building looks like. We're on the second floor, Suite 203. Just walk up the stairs and turn left. We're the first door on the right.
