There are several features you can choose to enhance your ad. Virtually all of these features increase the readership of ads. However, because the content of your ad has a lot to do with reader interest, no results can be guaranteed.
The price of the feature often varies by category, so rates cannot reasonably be shown here. When you post the ad you will see the current features/rates available for that category.
Feature ads appear at the all important "top of page" position when a reader browses a particular subject. They can be read 10 times as often as non-feature ads, although your readership may vary. Certainly they are displayed to the reader more often since they occupy the top portion of the page. Your ad will also appear in the normal ad listings.
An "icon" can be chosen to preceed the "label buyline" combination on the ad. Some examples follow. The icon serves to attract attention to the ad, and get readers to read it (as opposed to non-icon ads). Note that the leading icon is displayed in the ad listings, and not in the Feature Ad section.
A background color can be chosen to highlight your ad. The color background appears in the ad listings to make the ad stand out from others, but not in any Feature Ad display.
All Region Ads
Readers can browse ads by Subject and by Region. Regions include area code, state, and country views. A normal ad appears in one (or two) region pages, under it's topic (i.e. Automotive). An All Region ad appears on all of the regional pages, toward the top of the topic page.
Site Link Ads
When a reader clicks on a normal ad, they go to the ad's More Info page. When a reader clicks on an ad with the Site Link feature, they instead go right to the page (URL) you specify. This can be any page on the Web, such as your home page, or a sales page.
