Basics: How to cancel an ad

If you have an active ad, simply go to your Account page (http://epage.com/js/account), click on the "Active Ads" tab, and hit "Delete" next to the ad you want to stop. If you have a pending ad (one with unpaid fees due), you can cancel it from either the Stopped Ads tab, or the Account tab.

No refund or credit is provided for a paid ad that is deleted before it's natural expiration.
