   Because we are not involved in the transactions between You and other users, You hereby release EPage and our affiliates, agents, and employees from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with listings, bids, uncompleted or completed transactions, or items offered or actually sold.
    
3. Acceptable Content
   
   EPage services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of material or conduct in violation of any applicable local, state, federal or foreign law or regulation is prohibited. This includes without limitation any unauthorized use of material protected by patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right, material that is obscene, defamatory or libelous, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates rights of privacy or publicity, or violates export control laws.
   
   EPage prohibits the transmission, distribution or posting of unwanted or offensive content. Prohibited transmissions include without limitation, profane or sexually explicit advertisements that include masking or misspelling the words, or images that would be illegal in any jurisdiction. It is Your responsibility, and You agree to comply with all requirements, legal or other. Additional prohibitions include misleading offers that do not list the total purchase price or a "bait & switch" of products, advertisements listed in the incorrect category, duplicate listings, regardless of category, registering another email address other than Your own, any posting with the goal of harassment of another, sexual requests from or for a minor, racial slurs or comments, harassment, placing a fraudulent ad. Even though all of this is strictly prohibited, there is a small chance that You might become exposed to such items and You further waive Your right to any damages (from any party) related to such exposure.
   
   EPage reserves the right to edit, reject or reclassify advertisements in our sole discretion, without notice.
   
   
4. Member Conduct
   
   You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that You, and not EPage, are entirely responsible for all Content that You upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. EPage does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, You may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will EPage be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
   
   "Publicly accessible" areas of the Service are those areas of the EPage network of properties that are intended by EPage to be available to the general public. By way of example, publicly accessible areas of the Service would include individual classified ads and user information pages. However, publicly accessible areas of the Service would not include user Account pages and CSP Manager pages.
   
   You agree to not use the Service to:
   
   • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous,
     invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
     
   • harm minors in any way;

   You acknowledge that EPage does not pre-screen Content, but that EPage and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, EPage and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that You must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, You acknowledge that You may not rely on any Content created by EPage or submitted to EPage, including without limitation information in all other parts of the Service.

   You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including Your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

5. Dealings with Other Users
   
   Your correspondence or business dealings with readers and advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and such advertiser. You agree that EPage shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

   "Your Information" is defined as any information You provide to us or other users in the registration, bidding or listing process, in any public message area (including the forums or the feedback area) or through any email feature. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and we act as a passive conduit for Your online distribution and publication of Your Information.

6. Spam

   EPage does not send or condone the use of Spam. As a registered user of our services, You agree that we may send email to You that pertains to Your account or any of the services You have signed up to use. There will be some emails, such as billing reminders, that are mandatory for the use of certain EPage services which you are unable to opt out of.

   EPage takes great precautions to protect Your email address. To prevent our users from receiving Spam or having their email address harvested by others, Your email address is not displayed to the public. In order to receive messages from other users, we send the user entered message and email address to You on their behalf.

   EPage is not responsible for email sent to You from others, including responses to classified ads or auctions, as part of the feedback process, from user information pages, and in the forums. If You receive inappropriate email from a user through the EPage service, do not report EPage for Spam abuse or Your account may be terminated.

7. International Use
   
   Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, You agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which You reside.
