I have never been able to figure out why the Vanagons never came with a stool or step like the Baywindow Westy's had to aid in the journey up into the upper bunk. I now have available the solution to this problem-- A upper bunk step that fits into the front table mount, behind the driver's seat--and makes the trip up top a simple task-- And the best part is--it looks as though VW supplied this with the Van---a really neat custom made acccessory.
