Key Responsibilities: Download monthly cash flows and market values into investment sub-system. Enter data into investment sub-system. Reconcile monthly investment activity in sub-system to cash. Prepare and upload monthly journal entries. Reconcile investment portfolio holdings to bank statements monthly. Reconcile general ledger investment accounts monthly. Prepare monthly investment reports for taxes. Prepare financial reporting footnotes for 10-Q and 10-K filings quarterly. Prepare statutory quarterly and annual statement investment-related pages and footnotes quarterly. Prepare ad-hoc reports as required. Provide accurate data to internal and external auditors as required. Special projects and other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 1 year of accounting experience, with investment experience preferred.
